High Shear emulsification can

High shear emulsification can is designed for mass production, using claw type with double absorbing charge bite structure, to avoid the upper material difficult to breathe and whirlpool phenomenon caused by the blind Angle. Stronger shear force improves the production efficiency and scattered emulsification quality. This equipment distributes a phase or more to another continuous phase, and in most cases each phase is insoluble to another. The rotating rotor making high speed and high frequency mechanical effect tangent offset by strong kinetic energy, thus making the solid phase, liquid, gas phase which are insoluble instantly uniform fine dispersions emulsification in the corresponding mature technology and additives under the common function.
